To uphold this commitment, ASB has established a comprehensive integrity framework, which includes our Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy Statement, Integrity Manual, and a clear Whistleblowing Policy and Procedure to encourage accountability at all levels.
ASB is also certified with the Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) by SIRIM QAS International, an IQNET-recognised certification body. This certification affirms that ASB has effectively implemented and maintained an ABMS for the following scope:
“Anti-bribery management system for the provision of bulking and liquid storage facilities, material handling equipment, and manpower services.”

Asian Supply Base Integrity Manual
- ASIAN SUPPLY BASE Anti-Bribery and Corruption Manual (hereinafter referred to as the ASIAN SUPPLY BASE INTEGRITY MANUAL, eloborate upon those principles, providing guidance to employees concerning how to deal with improper solicitation, bribery and other corrupt activities and issues that may arise in the course of business.
- It is also intended to apply to every director (executive and non-executive) except as otherwise stated in the Manual.
- Joint Venture Companies is which ASIAN SUPPLY BASE is a non-controlling co-venture and associated companies are encouraged to adopt similar principles and standards.
- ASIAN SUPPLY BASE also expects that Contractors, Subcontractors, Consultants, Agents, Representative, and others performing work or services for or on behalf ASIAN SUPPLY BASE will comply with the relevant parts of the ASIAN SUPPLY BASE INTEGRITY MANUAL when performing such work and services.
Whistleblowing Policy and Procedure
- This Policy is intended to provide an avenue for people to report in good faith any real and genuine concern of any improper conduct as provided in this Policy whilst protecting the person making such disclosure from any reprisal and/or detrimental action.
- The Policy shall be read together with the Company’s Integrity Manual, General Terms and Conditions of Services, Employee Conduct and Discipline Regulations and other related policies that are currently in force.
